Previous to Eric, I had received estimates from about 10 different contractors. Some I didn't hire because they were unreasonably expensive, some because I felt that working with them would be difficult as I was looking for a high quality job and am extremely hands-on. I actually fired two contractors who started as I didn't like the quality of their work.
Eric, on the other hand, was really great, and I would hire him again anytime, anywhere. He does very high quality work, but is also frugal with your money - he will try to talk you out of the rolls Royce version of your vision if he thinks its out of proportion, which I didn't always agree with, but always appreciated. This is a high-integrity guy that I would recommend without hesitation.
the walls look great with the quality job he did smoothing out the walls over old metal tile. what a surprise i had when i removed the old wall paper only to find metal tiles on the wall.Eric smoothed out the walls with a few coats of drywall mud .
they now look great with paint on them
Eric has many talents so i would advise you call him for quality work
"DISHONEST CLIENT. This person has a difficult time telling the truth. Even though I had some apprehensions in taking the job, I agreed to do the work. The work was done in a timely manner. I was there every day as scheduled. My only issue with getting to work was the morning start time. Lycia didn't work so she was home every day. She would wake up at around 9:30 each morning. We agreed that she would leave a side door unlocked so I could start early around 7:00am. My problem was with her two Chiwawas. They would bark and if they had the opportunity to bite they did. They also had been trained to use the kitchen floor as the bathroom. Each morning I would have to clean up urine and feces from the floor in order to work. That wasn't something I had agreed on and even offered to install a doggie door free of labor charges, she refused. The so called broken tile is not an accurate statement either. I didn't break any tiles. There was Ia area which needed patching after a wall post had been removed. The client instructed me to use spare tiles she had in her garage. It was my idea to use an existing tile from under the stove which she said "no" to until after she didn't care for the "patched in" look of her first choice. I never agreed to any touch up as I had none. I didn't do any painting which is what needed touching up and I am sorry but she couldn't pay me to work there again, much less fix someone else's work. Beware of this client. She is dishonest and you will be bitten by her dogs, not to mention the unsanitary work environment, should you choose to work for her. If anyone has questions feel free to contact me."
"THANK YOU, WORKING FOR CLIENTS LIKE YOU IS WHY I TAKE PRIDE IN MY WORK."
