Eric Jensen was absolutely wonderful!!!  Very professional and comfortable to have in my house.  I have been dealing with a leaking shower head for quite some time.  I've had multiple quotes from other plumbing companies, one of the most expensive businesses being Mike Diamond.  Mike Diamond  tried to charge me $800 for a job Eric Jensen did for $70!!  That right there tells me how honest Eric is.  I would 100% have him back in the future and would refer him to anyone that needed a excellent, honest, and very knowledgeable plumber.

Previous to Eric, I had received estimates from about 10 different contractors. Some I didn't hire because they were unreasonably expensive, some because I felt that working with them would be difficult as I was looking for a high quality job and am extremely hands-on. I actually fired two contractors who started as I didn't like the quality of their work.

Eric, on the other hand, was really great, and I would hire him again anytime, anywhere. He does very high quality work, but is also frugal with your money - he will try to talk you out of the rolls Royce version of your vision if he thinks its out of proportion, which I didn't always agree with, but always appreciated. This is a high-integrity guy that I would recommend without hesitation.

Eric did a fantastic job . the shower now has water pressure now that we have new pipes
the walls look great with the quality job he did smoothing out the walls over old metal tile. what a surprise i had when i removed the old wall paper only to find metal tiles on the wall.Eric smoothed out the walls with a few coats of drywall mud .
they now look great with paint on them
Eric has many talents so i would advise you call him for quality work

See above. I used this guy for plastering too. He is punctual, polite, fair, intelligent and very skillful. At the moment he is building new shower for us. I still can't believe the discrepancy between price quoted by the other company and price charged by Eric. Eric also said that the water pressure problem was a misdiagnosis because the pressure valve was bused so accurate reading not possible. I can't say enough good things about him. My neighbor, who turned me on to him, owns several apartment buildings and uses him for plumbing and other work. He is licensed plumber and journeyman plasterer. Honestly, this guy is tops.

See above. My neighbor recommended this guy. He was terrific. He is a very skilled plasterer. The job was perfect and blended wtih the rest of the ceiling. His work was very neat -- dropcloths, cleanup, no debris, no nicks or anything like that. Also polite and intelligent. A very good experience. I would recommend to friends.

He had issues coming to work but finally got most of the work done. I paid him in full, with the promise from him that he would return to do final touch ups. He never did. I called and called and left messages. One day he said he'd come on a Tuesday but then never showed. I waited a week and called him the following Tuesday but he never answered his cell. I've tried to contact him for months as there was a check list of work that needed to be finished. Most specifically, I requested from him twice to use the tile under the stove to replace the tile he'd broken while putting in the counter top. Instead, he used smaller bathroom tile that did not match and looked unprofessional and unclean. He said he'd fix that, along with other things but never did. Essentially, he took my money, only finished part of the job, and then never had the courtesy to call back and at least explain himself. Beware other possible future customers of Eric Jensen, as he comes off as very folksy, down-home, a nice regular Joe. He starts out by really trying to win your trust. And in my case, it worked. But in the end, it was all an act. I GAVE HIM MULTIPLE CHANCES TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB. NO HARM DONE, EVEN OFFERING TO PAY HIM MORE, BUT HE NEVER HAD THE DECENCY TO PICK UP THE PHONE

"DISHONEST CLIENT. This person has a difficult time telling the truth. Even though I had some apprehensions in taking the job, I agreed to do the work. The work was done in a timely manner. I was there every day as scheduled. My only issue with getting to work was the morning start time. Lycia didn't work so she was home every day. She would wake up at around 9:30 each morning. We agreed that she would leave a side door unlocked so I could start early around 7:00am. My problem was with her two Chiwawas. They would bark and if they had the opportunity to bite they did. They also had been trained to use the kitchen floor as the bathroom. Each morning I would have to clean up urine and feces from the floor in order to work. That wasn't something I had agreed on and even offered to install a doggie door free of labor charges, she refused. The so called broken tile is not an accurate statement either. I didn't break any tiles. There was Ia area which needed patching after a wall post had been removed. The client instructed me to use spare tiles she had in her garage. It was my idea to use an existing tile from under the stove which she said "no" to until after she didn't care for the "patched in" look of her first choice. I never agreed to any touch up as I had none. I didn't do any painting which is what needed touching up and I am sorry but she couldn't pay me to work there again, much less fix someone else's work. Beware of this client. She is dishonest and you will be bitten by her dogs, not to mention the unsanitary work environment, should you choose to work for her. If anyone has questions feel free to contact me."
