  This man was completely negligent with my project.  My house was built on a hill.  He never addressed the sides of the foundation and furthermore he signed off on a foundation that was sloped instead of stepped.  He was extremely reckless and incompetent.  If I could do this again, I would never hire him.  He also did the structural on a 10ft wall instead of a 13ft wall.
