We were looking for a new company to manage our building, as the old one failed to communicate and properly manage our funds, etc. Infinity Property Services showed a go-getter attitude by approaching us to provide services. Infinity Property Services has been very responsive to the board's and resident's concerns or questions. Sometimes, there are complaints re: the company's customer service, in terms of how they speak to residents. But nothing that would deter us from continuing our work with them. They are very conscious about our budget and are often making suggestions in our operation, etc.
