We live in a downstairs condo that shares a main drain line with one upstairs condo above us. Came home on 4th of July evening to find my sinks brimming with sewage. After telling the upstairs condo people to stop using any water, I began bailing all the sewage to prevent overflow to floors. Next morning I called Heys Plumbing because they have done lots of work in the condo complex and is familiar with the drain line systems and how billing is shared with connecting tenants. They came promptly the same day I called, and the service man was friendly and efficient. The plumbing line was completely cleared. I noticed a bit of plumbing mess (the drain lines are in the ceiling area of the carport) in the carport when I went to my car. I called Heys Plumbing about it and they apologized and stated that this area should have been cleaned completely. The company sent someone out within a short time, and the carport area was cleaned up better than it ever had been. Great job, Heys Plumbing! That's good business.

We had a blockage in our septic system, causing water to overflow in the house. Hey's plumbing responded and cleared the blockage. They were on time and are always courteous.

NOT GREAT. THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX A HEATING DUCT THEY FORGOT TO RECONNECT. THEN OUR WATER HEATER CONNECTION BLEW A LEAK AND WE HAD TO HAVE IT REPLACED BY OUR WARRANTY CONTRACT COMPANY. THE OWNER'S SON SAID THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO CUT MANY HOLES BUT THEY CUT 25 SMALL ONES ALL OVER TRYING TO SEE IN THE WALL IN DIFFERENT ROOMS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
