We are a small start-up company, and have had our fair share of problems in the past with web designers. People who promised the moon, and delivered less than desirable results at outrageous prices!  

Roger and the Fresh Element team have been their word from the beginning.  They say what they mean and mean what they say.  They are able to explain the world of web design in layman's terms, so that we make educated decisions about the direction of our website and business.  As things arise, we are able to communicate easily back and forth, and they take care of things expeditiously.

The guys at Fresh Element were extremely polite and professional.  Website development is always stressful because it can be so subjective.  Fresh Element did all they can to make the assignment run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.  Whenever glitches arose, Fresh Element took care of them immediately.  I appreciated that they took the time to advise me on what features  would work and what would be problematic on different devices and platforms.  I would definitely use them again.

My website design process was completed very quickly and efficient. For the amount of pages (10) and content it was very reasonable priced. After working with two other website companies, spending a lot of money, wasting a lot of time, it was a relief to have a professional company handle my new website. Fresh Element made appropriate recommendations, and implemented necessary changes/ upgrades to the site that I did not know about. The search engine optimization and Google (pay per click) is ongoing; accounts are being activated, changes are being made, and exposure is increasing everyday. I am confident that the proper steps are being completed and I would not choose another website company to work with other than Fresh Element.
