FASTFRAME

I had used another picture framing company a few years ago that was very close to my house but that is now out of business. I found FastFrame in the yellow pages and called to describe my project. Rose Mari (the co-owner along with Randy) was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was trying to get a feel for price as I suspected what I was trying to do would be somewhat expensive. Rather than telling me there was no way for her to quote accurately without seeing the project, she tried to work with me over the phone. I realized in the middle of the discussion it would be best to let them see what I was trying to do. From the moment we started working together, both Rose Mari and Randy were fun, professional and really thoughtful in their approach. Using a camera and some other tools, they were able to give me an idea as to what the finished product would look like. They asked a lot of good questions and were very helpful in selecting a mat and frame. The project was to frame a poster and surround the main poster with 37 autographs in the mat with cut outs for each autograph. They quoted a price which was in the range I anticipated and they were very detailed in explaining to me the process and what to expect. Once we got underway, they were alway keeping me up to date on progress and spent more time than I expected on re-arranging autographs to get just the right balance. Some autographs were large, others small and it was not an easy task. They were able to place the various sizes of the cut-outs in a computer generated mock framing and move them around. They were always willing to do what it took to make it right. The end result was absolutely fantastic. Better than I had even hoped. One of the autographs was on the back of an old business card of my late father's. They actually made a high quality image of the business card and placed it in a nice frame and gave it to me as a gift...a really nice touch. It ended up being a large final framed piece and I couldn't fit it in my car. Without hesitating, they delivered it to my house. I received a nice thank you note about a week after the project was finished. I couldn't recommend this company more highly for their courtesy, professionalism and high quality of work.
