DOCTOR H2O'S VILLAGE WEST POOL

Dr. H20 was contracted to maintain our pool. The pool had just been acid washed and repainted. All plumbing had also been replaced. The pool equipment was approximately 18 months old. After several months of service the pool was continually green with algae. We would call they would promise to correct: this went on for many months, but pool was always back to same condition within 2-3  days, an unusable unsanitary mess that it was just a few days prior. Josh Sheridan, owner of Dr. H20 told us if we replaced the cartridge filter with a diatomaceous earth filter that would resolve our problems. His worker/brother said he would guarantee the need for the new filter and give our money back if it didn't correct the problem.
Well guess what, it didn't. Called Josh to get him to look at the again green pool to be told ' THAT YOUR POOL IS TO DIFFICULT AND I GIVE UP'. We never saw or heard from the company again. We left several messages as we would like them to live up to their promise and return our old equipment and money or return our money. My husband was able to go to Leslie's pool supply with a sample of the pool water and correct the issue within a week. The pool is still sparkling clean with minimal effort on our part.
