When we had our pool built by California Pools about 7years ago, Dave Lowdermilk's pool service came with the pool. We used Dave's pool service for a couple of years. We had billing issues and came to a point where we could not trust his billing. Also, Dave is not the easiest person to communicate with. Dave was abrupt.
Carlos, the person who actually serviced our pool was excellent. It just came down to communication with Dave and experiencing issues with the billing.
In all fairness, we have not used Dave Lowdermilk's services in at least 4 or 5 years. I trust that he has corrected his billing issues since we used his services.
C rating is based on communication experience with Dave and billing issues. Service itself by Carols was very good.
