If everyone used Dannick Design for their kitchen renovations, there would be a drop in nightmare kitchen renovation stories.  Nick and his crew provided the three most important things in our project 1) quality construction 2) on-time completion and 3) on budget financials.  We braced ourselves for a difficult ordeal, but got none of that.
Nick met with us to discuss our needs and came up with solutions to give us as much as we could have.  He estimated 6-8 weeks for the entire project and he completed everything in 7 weeks.  I believe his project management skills kept everything moving through the whole project.  He also made sure that everything was picked out and ordered before demo began.  Although his initial quote was higher than other contractors we spoke with, his shorter timeline was worth the higher cost.  
We continued to live in the house during the project, so keeping the timeline tight really benefited us.  Nick did as much as he could to ease the inconvenience to our family.  He even offered to bring my washer/dryer back in the house every Friday so I could do all our laundry at home over the weekends.  For a family of five, this accommodation was priceless.  But his consideration for the client is one of his key qualities.
We ran into one follow-up issue with our laundry closet.  We discovered our clothes dryer needed more space between the machine back and the wall. Unfortunately, this impinged on the laundry closet door.  I called Nick and he sent a crew to extend the closet space that same weekend.  Another example of his responsiveness.
I highly recommend Dannick Design and look forward to using them for our next project.

My experience with Nick and Dannick Design  was  very good.  They were there when he said they would be, and they cleaned up at the end of every day they were on site.  I received detailed plans of what was to be done and a projected finish date which was accurate.  If anything they were waiting on me to make certain decisions along the way. 

Nick's workers did all the work, there were  no sub-contractors.  You can get all your materials through Dannick Design or pick and choose where you want to purchase your materials

Dannick was referred by friends who had extensive remodelling done by them. The friends were extremely pleased with the process and results, and we really liked their results too. Unfortunately, we were in the middle of a very distressing experience with another company, who dragged out the project, repeatedly made appointments then did not show up or showed up late, and were overall operating in a chaotic and unprofessional way. When they finished, we still had more work to be done, so we contacted Nick to remodel the bathroom, and finish/correct some other small things. From the outset, Nick was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He helped us understand and straighten out some of the permit and compliance issues, which we thought had been taken care of by the prior contractor. He met with us a few times, and communicated regularly by email, to develop plans, select materials, design, and go over paperwork prior to starting work. Dannick's team always showed up exactly when they said they would, and communicated promptly if there were any necessary changes in schedule. Nick's willingness to communicate repeatedly and courteously with the inspector and convey information to us was also superb. The work was completed within the two week time frame promised and the results were FANTASTIC. The design is beautiful, just what we wanted. The space is so much nicer, and functions well. We love our new bathroom! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CALL NICK AND HIS COMPANY, DANNICK, FIRST! We look forward to using them again.

Perfect. Everything went as I expected. Could have been a little cheaper, but could also have been more expensive.

They were always on time and reasonably priced and did everything I asked and kept me well informed. Even finished the job two weeks early.
