We could have easily continued to put away into our 529 at the same rate (or skip a month, if needed) without penalty and have plenty for repaying college loans at the end of four years instead of being locked in for seven years which is the design of the 'plan' that she sold to us. Laura cannot speak to non-financial savvy customers in language that can be understood. She talks so fast and in lingo that is at the level of a financial expert; we were lost and ended up buying into a bad situation. VERY UNSATISFIED!
