Michael and his crew did an incredible job for an amazing price.  He asked all the right questions as to my needs for this to happen.  I have several pets for whom in their senior years have used this balcony to "relieve" themselves when they couldn't make it downstairs. With that information Michael had advised me what would work best to make this repair last longer. As a senior citizen who knows close to nothing about home repairs he carefully explained everything to me and offered several options so I could afford to have this done right away. During the process you would think it would look like a disaster as they replaced things...but it was a very clean an efficient process with them  His crew were all so meticulous with each step which at a couple times as perfect as it looked I thought they were done even though a a couple steps were still needed to be finished.  My balcony today looks brand new!  I definitely recommend CMR Construction to anyone who is looking for exceptional work from kind professionals for a great price!
