Valencia BMW have a five-year or 50,000 mile warranty and maintenance program. So when I do take it in it doesn't cost me anything. You can schedule your service, but they don't always have it ready at the time they say. As soon as I told them my service had been delayed an hour in their survey they sent me letters and telephoned in response.

Arrived early for my appointment. The instant out of the car a service advisor approached me, walked right past me, looked me up and down like I had three heads, and proceeded on his way without so much as a good morning or hello. Walked inside to "check-in" and was confronted by a young lady (18?) who was inappropriately dressed. Again, no hello; no good morning; only "do you have an appointment?" Was told to sign in and wait for a service advisor. My service advisor, though perfectly pleasant, was 10 minutes late and mumbled inaudibly to follow him. Believe it or not, the paperwork required took approximately 30 minutes to complete as he was apparently not familiar with the computer system. While waiting I was treated to a manager loudly chewing out another service advisor for his failure to follow the dress code earlier sent by memo to all employees. Is there no private office for such chats? Further, there appeared to be nobody following this alleged dress code. Everyone was in different types, styles, colors. Especially uninviting was a different young female receptionist whose exposed ankle/foot tattoos are entirely inconsistent with what should be an upscale environment. My suggestion is to resend the dress code memo. Also, while waiting for the promised loaner car to be fueled I observed no fewer than eight chairs used by customers completely covered in dust. Imagine making a deal for a new car here only to rise covered in dust because the cleaning crew can't be bothered to dust the chairs. Each and every person working here is miserable and literally walk from place to place in a lethargic manner resembling zombies unable to smile due to their obviously unhappy workplace environment. Imagine what must go on behind the scenes. One wonders with great trepidation the quality of service my car will receive; more on that later. In any event, a clearly unhappy staff with uneven supervision who are determined to let their customers know that their business is unwanted and unwelcome. My wife had a similar experience here with the last service visit so I don't believe this to be a one-time experience. I know, however, it will be our last experience.
