Absolutely DO NOT do business with this company! I had a lift kit done by them on my new Chevy truck. It continued to rub after the installation. They kept cutting away at my truck but it continued. About a month after the installation, the reared bolts that hold the leaf springs to the rear end came loose and so did the rear end while I was exiting the freeway at about 60 MPH. So say the least, it scared me and my family to death! THE REAR END CAME DISCONNECTED on the freeway!! I had it towed to them and they put it together. They also informed me that this happened to another customer of theirs and they fired the technician and "apologized"! About a couple weeks later the engine started leaking oil at the rear of the engine so I took it to the dealership. The representative gave me a call and said that I needed to get there ASAP because Big Johns cut my frame to do the lift and my warranty was voided now on my brand new truck. The CV boots are leaking as well. The manager at the Chevrolet dealer said that the work they did is dangerous. I had their tech come see for himself and he refused to do anything about it. I had to report them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. They did an investigation on them that I have summons for court. I have contacted my attorney to file a Civil Lawsuit against them for negligence, personal injury and property damage in an amount to exceed $150,000. These people could have killed me do to their negligence and on top of it, won't do anything about it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!

We use them for oil changes, tires, batteries and anything that pertains to our car. They are just the best. They are our "go to" guys. They are reasonably priced and they care about the community. There main concern is that you are a happy returning customer. When they do the job they do it right.

It was fine. They were very efficient, we didn't have to wait long.

This is the second one and the company that warrantied the first agreed to replace it when it broken down one month later. Big John's negotiated for me and was able to make them stand up to the warranty which was great. I have used them for all our cars since 1995. They were the only ones who knew how to fix the tires stems which were broken by a different company and I have been using them since then. I am confident that all work is done well and they have esp. taken good care of the car I inherited. I would and do recommend them to anyone for all makes of cars.

I have been using Big John's for service on my personal car for almost two years.
They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff and their prices for car repairs and service are less than half that of the dealership.
They were very accommodating and reasonably priced in installing a new set of performance tires on my Mazda Miata (with run-flat system-most tire stores won't even touch them-but they saved my life during a rear tire blowout), and their price to replace the loose latches on my convertible top was less than half what the Mazda dealership quoted just for the parts.
Again, they are friendly, service is first come first served, but quick if you need a flat repair and are in a hurry.
Routine maintenance is competitively priced and includes a complimentary full service car wash which makes oil changes really a bargain.
Waiting room is comfortable with big screen TV, coffee pot and lots of super cool chrome wheels to look at while you wait.

They did prompt service. They were reasonably priced. I have used them fora bout eight years now. I would recommend them.

I brought my car in without an appointment to get my tires rotated and wheels aligned. The dealership wanted $115 to do what Big John's quoted me $80 to do. I found a coupon on their website that took an additional $20 off. They told me that it would take about an hour, so I went across the street to the mall. About an hour and a half later I called the shop to see if my car was ready and they told me that it was. When I got back to the shop I was given a printout of my alignment before and after they adjusted my car. I can't ask for better than that, especially on a Saturday!
