I am disappointed in my Maytag washer; it's a Neptune and a front loader. The rubber around the inside of the door molds so I called them to find out if they could fix it. They put another rubber seal around the door, but it did the same thing. The Maytag man was ok, it's just I have to go through hoops to get them out here. I do have a five-year warranty on my washer and dryer, so I don't have to worry about paying for a service call just the parts.

I called Maytag they came right out, he took the front off the washer and he said the belt was all stretched out. He replaced the belt and that's the only problem I've had with my Maytag appliances. The appliances are several years old, but they wash and dry like brand new ones. The Maytag man was very nice, courteous, honest and professional and was on time.

I had Maytag come out and fix my dishwasher, which is still under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything and that made me happy. Also the dishwasher is fixed. I don't know exactly what was wrong with it, one of the cycles I think, but it works well now and Maytag is the best you can get, plus the guy who came out did an excellent job. He was on time, very professional, courteous and honest.
