Ursula has worked for us for over a decade. She is extremely reliable and trustworthy. She has keys to our house. She is also an extremely focused, fast worker and easy to communicate with (we often text). I highly recommend her.

Ursula is thorough, dependable, efficient, and is a good human being (volunteers her time generously for animal welfare organizations). She’ll often clean in unexpected places where we didn’t even ask, like cleaning the inside of the refrigerator or cleaning inside the fireplace. She can beautify a space and works quickly. Can't recommend her highly enough!
