I got an estimate from Garrett to repair dry rot on 3 sides of my house. His estimate was more reasonable than I'd had before. He and John were able to do the work the following week. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. They took off all the damaged wood, put on a paper barrier and applied the new wood to match my existing wood. They then painted the new wood the same shade as the rest of my house. When I had a small concern on a vent cover they came the next day and fixed it. Garrett wasn't happy with the color of the replacement wood so he had more paint mixed and they painted it again. I have already asked for an estimate on a small bath remodel because I am very happy with their work. They were also very courteous, which means a lot to me.

Called him on a Monday and he was able to meet me after work that day to look at our house and the areas that needed attention.  We were in the process of selling our house and the pest inspection noted a number of areas of dry rot in the exterior trim and siding.  The inspector's estimate to have the work done seemed very high to me.  Garrett got me a quote on Thursday and it was much more reasonable than the inspector's quote for the work.
Garrett started the job the next week (the week of Thanksgiving) and finished on the Monday after Thanksgiving.  
I added a few small items on-the-fly, which Garrett handled without issue.
The work appears to be very good.  All the trim is sized just right, as is the siding.  The very reasonable cost also included painting the trim and siding and that was done well also.
All materials were cleaned up nicely and no mess was made inside or outside the house during the work.
Overall, very happy with the experience.

VERY GOOD

Garrett arrived everyday on time and was clean and fast . Each day I would have a list for Garrett and he would beat me to it with his own list with all my concerns already planned for. Each day was a surprise as I saw he and his workers got more then I expected done. The kids bathroom and bedroom look amazing our 4 year old can't even stand it he lives in his bedroom now.. Garrett went out of his way to find pirate lamps and curling fan that match the theme then, Garrett himself painted an amazing pirate ship and a pirate captain on his wall and some fun little things in the bathroom too a treasure chest and a palm tree with a parrot on it .. Also he suggested that we install an organization system for his toys . Garrett found one from ikea installed it and closet organizers and now my son actually cleans his room!! We found a treasure chest toy bin and desk. His room was very important part of the project. We are also big gardeners. Garrett built us three 10'x5' garden boxes for vegetables and a 14'x 14' green house for the winter both fully irrigated with drip system and misters. We barley have to do anything in the garden now but plant and pick food! Couple other small projects were to paint our bedroom and the living room wall ceiling and trim. He did a great job masked everything off didn't make any mess. And he moved all our furniture himself . Front yard and back yard have grass and a few shrubs that look great. He also changed more then a few lights I'm the house. He cleaned our chime and installed a cap on top to catch the sparks. He also sealed some cracks with fire place mortar. He did a few things on a inspection report as far as Dry rot and termite damage . Then painted everything to match. Overall we were amazed at his workmanship and his overall character we strongly recommend this man for any home service he is very knowledgable.

We bought this house as a fixer-upper. The house was in a very distressed, neglected condition in a good neighborhood. It looks brand new now. We were very impressed with the quality of work provided. What impressed us was the professionalism and care given to details. We are extremely pleased with the results.
