We had our windows replaced a few years ago & one window had a broken seal. Simonton Windows came out, replaced the window, & gave me a free sliding screen, which I thought was really nice. My only complaint was that he wasn't on time, although he did a really good job on the window & I would use him again. Our windows were guaranteed, so there was no charge & the people who replaced the windows sent Simonton out to do the job.
