I chose Scandinavian Designs to buy new home office furniture because I really liked the quality and appearance in the local store. When I placed my order, I included delivery and assembly at my home and was told that the scheduler would call me. When he didn't call, I called the store and was told that the furniture would be delivered the following Wednesday, and that the assembler would come soon after, both from 3:00 to 6:00. The boxes were delivered, but no assembler came. I called the store and was told that assembly would be the following Saturday, either from 3:00 to 6:00, or from 4:00 to 7:00! This was confusing to begin with, and then the topper was when the assembler came at 7:00 and left at 10:00 at night! He did a good job and I like the furniture. However, I'd have to think twice about getting furniture from this store because of the lack of communication and punctuality.
