Randall was very informative of would be done and what my tenants needed to do. He was on time, answered a couple tenants questions and was very thorough. I am always cautious of having to sign long term contracts but did sign a bi-monthly treatment agreement howeverI may cancel at anytime. Figured it was easier to treat a couple times rather than have upset tenants. Regular service is at a discounted price also.

I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY NEVER LEAVE ANY KIND OF MESSES. I WOULD PROBABLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
