He spent a great deal of time taking detailed measurements then interviewed us to determine what we needed and items on our wish list. He also made recommendations for convenience items that we had not thought of. His detailed written estimate was clear and concise arriving in a couple days. We did not use Pacific Crown on this job because we had a personal recommendation from a work associate that did remodeling for many years, the work our alternate did was very good however they didn't live locally and we felt towards the end of the job they were rushing to finish and took shortcuts. In retrospect I should have chosen Pacific Crown.for our kitchen remodel. I have a phone call into Pacific Crown now to schedule another estimate for additional work with a bathroom and Master bedroom remodel and patio and cover design and installation. I'll report back here and let you know how it went.

Description of Work: I've been looking for a company with experience in remodeling bathrooms for wheelchair accessability. Pacific Crown Builders seemed to have that experience. I spoke with them by phone to make arrangements to come to my house and give me an estimate. I could not do it the week that they called. The person on the phone said she couldn't schedule for the next week at that time but would call me at the beginning of the next week. Unfortunately, i never heard back from them. It seems they were not interested in my business which is too bad because i was interested in theirs.

Description of Work: Services included removal of large, old deck and construction of new one with custom benches. From the beginning to the end of the construction project Pacific Crown Builders were punctual, on schedule and very professional. They did an outstanding job of building the deck, were very focused on detail and patient with special requests and wishes. They went above and beyond the work outlined in the bid. I have had many projects completed at my residence and it was the very best experience I have ever had with a contractor. This is a contractor who is very fair, honest and dedicated to the job. He treated this job as if it was the most important one, even though they were doing other projects at the same time, and I am sure those clients felt the same way! I highly recommend Pacific Crown Builders and their work. I am hopeful that they will be able to do other renovations for me as my budget allows.
