+ -1 moreHad a part break on my toilet today. As soon as it broke, I knew it meant a trip to Ace Hardware! Usually, when I go to Ace, there are swarms of helpful employees to greet you. Today, I couldn't find anyone. No problem! Went to the register and they paged a salesperson, who appeared immediately (try that at Home Depot!). Salesman showed me where the right part was and instructed me on how to install it. Great service! As I was heading to the register, I saw something else I wanted but, due to physical problems, I could not carry it. Again, no problem! Another page and a helpful employee carried it to the register, then out to my car. Save yourself time and frustration, head to Pacific Ace Hardware first and get the parts and help you need to fix things right the first time!
