NATURES TECHNIQUE LANDSCAPE

Was shopping around for different landscapers when I saw this company's website. From the website it looked like a professional, legitimate company, so I called to setup for someone to come out and give us a quote on work. The conversation with the owner was decent, his prices seemed slightly over priced in terms of first you have to pay for him to do a design plan which is around $1500 to $2000, and then pay for the work to be done. I decided to have him come over so we could at least start a conversation. We setup a 3pm appointment for him to meet me at our home in Vacaville. I left work early from Fairfield to make it in time to meet him for our appointment. As I'm getting off the exit to our house around 2:45, I receive a call from the owner stating that he cannot make it to the appointment because he is sick. He said he would call me in a couple of days to reschedule and he was sorry for not being able to make it. First, the owner should of called me before I left work to meet him, and not wait 15 minutes before the appointment to call me. Secondly he didn't even call back a couple of days later to reschedule. Save yourself some time and skip this company. The rudeness and lack of professionalism is not worth sacrificing when you are going to spend a lot of money in landscaping. Also pick a landscaper that will do a basic design plan for free if you decide to use his services, not a company that will charge you for both a design plan and work separately.
