Full house carpet installation. Installers were great and were reviewed separately. Installed carpet was substandard quality, verified by the mill. Padding was defective with rock-hard lumps and numerous pockets which croaked and squeaked, verified by independent inspector. HD agreed to replace both at no cost, and I would have been happy if that happened. However, the replacement carpet was identical to the first, so I rejected it. Third roll was the same. Each step took weeks and multiple communications. After four months, upon legal advice, I requested a full refund and it was granted. I kept the inferior carpet and defective padding, since my original had been disposed of. My house was in limbo for five months (spring and all summer), with heavy and fragile items packed away and reinstallation happening "soon". HD customer service staff were friendly, but ineffective. The same carpet was still for sale the last time I checked. I would not recommend HD for carpet.

The project that Home Depot does went really well and it is just about a month and a half to do the whole thing. They put in a new cabinet and I have them extend all the way to the dining room and I asked the same contractor of the cabinets to do the backsplash so they do that and it turned our really well. I had new appliances and they are working fine. They also do some lighting and put underneath the cabinets. My kitchen is kinda dark and so I have to put in cam lights in the ceiling and that works very well. The contractor is an independent contractor. Actually, I walk in to Home Depot and said can you do my kitchen for $10,000? I live in a mobile home and it is not that big but because I chose you know all the upgrades especially for the kitchen appliances I need kitchen remodeling to put in or store all my finest choice appliances. They did a good job.

They are very friendly, and they work with you to get your job done, and I like that.

I am pleased. I am waiting for a rebate, but I don't know if I can get one in California.

THE MEN THAT PUT THE NEW REPLACEMENT WINDOWS IN MY HOME DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY MADE SURE THE WINDOWS FIT PERFECTLY WHEN THEY PUT THEM IN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE DOOR IS HOLDING UP VERY WELL. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I FELT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. I THINK THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY OFFERING A COMPETITIVE PRICE.

I WAS NOT HAPPY. THEY SENT NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING INSTALLERS. I COULD NOT EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW I WANTED MY CABLE OPENING, THAT IS IN THE FLOOR, TO BE COVERED. THE INSTALLATION WAS ALSO POOR. I HAVE A BIG HUMP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM.

IT WAS EXCELLENT AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS. THEY CAME ON TIME, WERE POLITE, AND COURTEOUS. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICK THEY GOT EVERYTHING TAKEN CARE OF. EVERYTHING THEY QUOTED THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THEY DID.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK INSTALLING THE CARPET. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

They installed pergo flooring as it looks like wood however it is plastic. It is easy to keep clean. They did the job in a quickly manner, and did all the flooring in one day. They gave us the best estimate on the job. The employees were very prompt on their attendance. They actually showed up early.

It's the worse carpet I've ever had. It's not a good grade, it's indoor/outdoor carpet and it was a terrible job. The carpet wasn't what I was looking for, the furniture sinks down into it and leaves a big hole. I had to go buy those little plastic holders to put under the furniture legs and that makes it better. The padding is worthless and they didn't do a very good job installing it.
