General Remodeling
--They were unfailingly polite and pleasant (left a great impression on my folks)
-- Cleaned up every day (for example, taking up floor protectors each day so that my folks felt like they were still living in their home and not a construction zone)
--Were not only on time every morning, but also gave us a schedule for the whole week in advance
--Each phase of work was inspected every day, and any minor schedule changes were reported immediately (everything went so well that they were able to finish a day ahead of schedule!)
Moved existing furniture out to garage, and took down the drapes
Installed new drywall in the damaged area (involved a cathedral ceiling)
Cleaned walls and prepared for painting
Repainted master bedroom (primer and 2 coats, eggshell)
Replaced carpet and padding
Repaired baseboards in the master bedroom
Replaced damaged baseboard in adjoining family room
Repainted wall in family room
Reinstalled drapes and furniture
Installed smoke and CO2 detectors in all three bedrooms
