TERRIBLE! I had a written contract for every other tuesday between 9:30 am to 11:30 am. The first cleaning went great (of course), then the cleaners (two of them) began showing up later and later. The last time they cleaned the house they showed up at 1:30, and left at 2:30 for a cleaning that usually took the two of them two hours. I noticed the floors were not mopped, along with a lot of other tasks that were not completed. I called the owner, Charlene to speak with her about the discrepancies with the arrival time of the crew and she began to yell at me on the phone!!!! I asked her "are you yelling at your customer?" Then the OWNER of the company HUNG UP ON ME! Needless to say their services are no longer needed!
