It went well. I had to reschedule the appointment once because the tenant had to be home when Mr. Freeman entered her side of the duplex.

Carl was punctual in coming to the house. He spent quite awhile on the roof to check it out. He explained to me that the 20 year old 40 year rated roof was in good shape. However, the ridge line material used on it was inferior, and the manufacturer had gone out of business. He further explained why I was having trouble with the leaking issue. He gave me an estimate of $745. At the time, I was thinking that might be high. However, after checking with two other licensed roofing contractors, one of whom suggested that I replace the roof, I went with Car Freeman. He came over and replaced the roof, and I am very happy with his work.
