Denise Thomas is great mortgage lender. She explained the whole process of how credit reports work and affect my purchasing power for buying a home in an easy to understand way. In fact, I still contact her today for advice on all bills regarding my home purchased 2 months ago in Sep. My family and I are forever grateful to her with helping us buy our home. I've had other mortgage lenders and all of them told me they couldn't help me purchase a home because of my credit. Denise was the only one who actually sat down with me, walked me through both mine and my wife's credit reports, answering all our questions, and developing a plan to fix the errors as well as help boost our rating.
