FENCE KING

What a great company! Fence King does fabulous work! I love the American flags that they put on their fences after building… I drive by and see them. Hard-working and always on top of things! Very quick to respond to text messages and very good customer service. They even give back to the community with the old fence boards...People can receive the old lumber that is torn down and make something new out of the old fences. Recycling at its best... Capitalism at its best! Five stars for sure! Thank you Fence King!

The man was very uncooperative in trying to set up for an estimate. We heard he was very good so we waited for 7 months for an estimate. He did finally come out and we decided to have him do the work. The workmanship was fine and the quality of the materials were fine too. However, when it came time to pay him, he insisted we pay him in cash. He got very ugly and irate with us because we wanted to give him a check or go to the bank to get the cash. He said he wanted the cash now. He finally left after yelling at me repeatedly and I had the bank check ready for him the next day. We would not hire him again in the future.

I remember of being in a bit of a panic because I wanted to get it done before the rain started.  Overall, the experience was good and I am satisfied.  It is a great fence and that's one of the reasons why I went with these guys.  He was recommended by my daughter-in-law.  He had done some work for her.  His communication throughout the whole process was good.  The job was well done.  He encountered some obstacles and we discussed various issues & moved forward.  He got it done.  He is coming back in May to apply a preservative on the fence and with that I get a twenty year warranty.  He was priced a little higher than a couple of other people that I talked to, but they didn't come up.  I talked to other local fencing companies and they never showed up.  He showed up and called to ask if it was okay, if he comes a little early on the day I had an appointment.  He was great.  He came out and gave a real detailed quote and it was a hard quote.  It was not an estimate.  It was a little higher because he has a specialized construction method that I have researched.  He can't come and apply the preservative until I have three days of 75 degrees weather, so that it would actually work.  I had some rain during the project.  He said he can't apply the prescriptive then because it won't work.
