DUTTON DESIGN AND BUILD INC

Scott Dutton evaluated the problem in July 2006. We contracted in August. He said the $4,000 agreement for demolition and discovery would be necessary before he could give me an estimate for repairs. He did not expect it to cost that much, but the balance could be applied to the contract to repair the balcony. Two men worked less than three days to do the work and remove the debris. When Scott offered a contract to repair the balcony for $34,000, I was surprised. When he said he would charge the full $4,000 for the demolition and discovery alone, I was disappointed. I contracted with another company, who has done a superb job for $10,000 less.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. THEY ALWAYS EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE GOING TO DO BEFORE THEY DID THE WORK.

THIS COMPANY DID EXCELLENT WORK. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB DONE BY THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE COMPETITIVE AND VERY PROMPT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
