DONNA PIPPO'S PET COUNTRY

We called Donna at least two weeks before we planned to be out of town and Donna was available. She will meet with her clients before she pet sits to get detailed instructions and a house key, but we've used her services for about 10 years so we just confirm over the telephone dates, what we need her to do, and we have a prearranged place for her to pick up a key and any special instructions.  Donna always promptly responds to our initial request for service, which allows us to continue our vacation plans without worrying about our pet.  Donna loves animals and cares for our little cat as if she was her own.  We usually contact her within by the 2nd day of our vacation, by phone or text message, and Donna puts our minds to rest by promptly responding with details of how things are at home, when she fed our cat, the cat's general mood, the weather at home. etc.   We highly recommend Donna to anyone to care for your animals, she is caring reliable and always shows a cheerful and professional demeanor.
