I called Diamond Image on a Saturday morning because my pool had been having green Algie and the water was going green. I had been asking my current pool service to help for weeks. They told me to ge get chemicals from the store. Diamond age came within a couple hours and cleaned it right up. Excellent service and commication! They are now my Pool service provider

Earlier this year, my dear friend who was keeping my pool sparkling decided to change businesses so I had to find a pool service. Since may I have been using a large company, and really have not been happy with the look of the pool since. I went on home advisor to see what my options were. Diamond Image Pool Service contacted me almost immediately and we were able to talk about what our needs were and what he knew the pool needed. By the end of the week, he was at my house, cleaning the pool! He also helped us pick a pool sweep that did not require a whole new pump to operate. Overall, I appreciated how he communicated and explained things, and then followed through 100%.

Great Customer Service. We had issues with non performance from a previous pool cleaner and Diamond Image came out and cleaned up the problems in one day and got us back up and running. We were able to use our pool on Mother s Day!

Diamond Image has maintained our weekly service for the last couple of years. We haven't experienced any issues it's always clean & sparkling. The owner Jose , is always happy to answer questions & offer solutions to problems that may come up.

Jose was very knowlwdge and responsive. Rate was great and he even provided some basic tips ensuring me tgT my spa woukd be ready for me whenever i was ready to use it. This was a huge load off my shoulders.

I made a BIG MISTAKE reviewing Diamond Image Pool Service. It was very Negative. It was originally meant for SPARKLE POOLS.. I was dealing with both companies at the same time. So, again I would NOTrecommend SPARKLE POOLS. FULLY RECOMMEND. â DIAMOND IMAGEâ . So SORRY!!
