Davis Electric and Systems was one of two bids we received to update the electrical in our 1902 home. We based the work on the home inspection we received when we bought the house. Tim took his time to go through our entire home to compare notes with the home inspection. He was able to determine the home inspector made a lot of guesses and actually there were parts of our electrical which had been taken out of service and thus the work became simply removing the wires and boxes. This saved us a lot of money. The other contractor we had over did not fess up to these findings and was going to charge as if the system was still live. We knew we were in good hands with Davis Electric because any contractor who tells you the work is actually less then what we had thought is an honest business person. Tim also add outdoor lights, added outlets and swapped out knob and tube wiring where it was needed. He was efficient, showed up on time, very clean and communicated with us every step of the way. He was always easy to reach and his work came in on time and on budget. Perfect!
