CME SMOG & AUTO REPAIR

At this point I have not had any repairs done by them, only a smog check, so it remains to be seen in the future if I can continue to review as highly as I have for the smog check.

The oil change and checkup were completed as on previous visits - no problems. The tail lamp problem was more than a simple lamp change. In my 2004 Jeep, the entire sprocket holding the lamp had melted and the entire system have to be replaced. C.M.E. ordered the part, told me that it would be approximately $180 for the part and labor. As it turned out, the entire rear lighting systems (backup light, brake light, etc) were all connected so the whole thing was replaced. The job was done in less than 30 minutes and the price was exactly as quoted. C.M.E. has serviced my car for several years. At my recommendation, my son and my granddaughter have had work done by C.M.E. They were both as pleased as I am.
C.M.E. is quick, reliable and very honest. As a retired, single woman, I've been quoted outrageous prices by other shops, and have even had work done that I later found out didn't need doing. I feel very comfortable using C.M.E. and have grateful that I've found a shop I can trust!

I had a smog failure from a Pisani's, in Winters, CA, auto shop and was upset that I would have to go to another shop to get it done again. I wish I had come to CME first because they are a Gold Certification Station and you can get multiple checks and repairs at the same place which would have saved me a lot of time and money. They were fast, honest, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I will come here for all of my auto needs from now on.
