The owner was very responsive and professional on the phone, however we were disappointed with his carpet cleaning. He cleaned the carpets for our rental home while I was not there as we live out of town. He told me over the phone all went well and the spots came out. When I arrived at the house, I found numerous big spots all over the house, in the liiving/dining romo, stairs and bedrooms. We have used a few carpet cleaners over the years, at the very lease, we expect them to be able to give us factual and true information about whether spots came out. We won't use him again because we need a higher level of service living out of town from this rental property.

We have a rental house with very light carpet. Clean Sweep has come out twice over the past two years to clean the carpets and has always done an amazing job at removing all the stains. They arrive on time and do the job quickly. I have been very happy with their service both times we have used them and we plan on continuing to use them.

They do a good job. Their carpet cleaning is fine. The repair is exceptional. Not many do it.
