The overall process went smoothly and was finished on time.

They have no quality control! No one inspects the work after it's done. For example, they left nails sticking out of the floor boards and they left no reading material about any of the appliances. There were 5 screens missing, which they never replaced. There was chipped paint. One of the kitchen cabinets was even hung wrong! They sent someone out to take down my complaints. After a month went by and I hadn't heard from them, I called back to follow up, and they said that they were not going to do anything about them, that it was my fault because I did not inspect the house first. I have many other complaints, but the list is too long for me to write here.
