Took a older car here for an oil change. They told us that the a few belts needed to be replaced and dropped it off with an apt they said it would be done with in one hour. They didn't have the car ready for hours. Once We got the car back it was driven less than a mile and started to shake and idle hard like the check engine light was on as well. Before it was taken to the shop it was doing nothing of these things. We called back in the morning they fought with picking it up and finding out what was wrong. When we confronted them about thinking they maybe taking advantage of us they got upset. They also said that there was a blown head gasket we don't know much about cars but we feel like they were just trying to get money out of us. The manager was so rude and said that mistakes happen. They didn't charge anything but they service was awful. They took forever to get anything done and there professionalism was horrible. I will say the price for an oil change it's self was good but that was it.
