Property Appraisal
I had a bad a bad experience with her. She had no ability to factor in on energy efficient upgrades. She had to re-do the appraisal to at least reflect the work upgrades like color panels and door paints and things that were very visible. She could at least acknowledge that they were there but she was not able or did not know how to include a value to them. This was after I actually handed her a list of what the upgrades were; she just quickly wrote on the first one that none was visible, which was untrue. She works with the banks, so the banks were the ones that selected her.
