We had very good results with them.  We had good experience with them over the years.  However, the only disadvantage that I don?t like about their service is that everything has to paid in full immediately.  They don?t offer you any payment plans.   

I think for euthanasia, they charge $90 and then another hundred dollars for a communal cremation.  Everything was broken down on the statement of the bill.

The experience we had was pretty positive.  There were a few time I was not happy with their treatment decisions but for the most part they were good and we had 13 years of service with them.  

They are very expensive.  The quality of service is excellent.  

One thing I would not probably do in the future if I have to go back to them if I have another animal would be to look into private vets too, smaller vet companies.  

We love them. They have great customer service and take good care of our dogs. They have boarding and vet services. They are pricey. Their punctuality is low because they have an emergency window, so if there is an emergency it takes time.

We go to them all the time for all our animals. They seem to have a very knowledgeable staff. It is a clean place with good doctors. We like them.

I didn't really deal with the staff too much but I did like the doctor. He was super compassionate to the whole process. He made it as easy as it could be. He could get cold to the process because he's doing it for a while but he's not. It could have been handled differently but it was done very well. The place was clean.

If you ever have a standard poodle they don't usually get bad breath but it was starting so they have to be put under to do the procedure and to clean their teeth. What really stands out about them for me is they are open 24 hours and our dogs tend to get sick late more so then regular hours. They take regular appointments to 7pm they have those emergency times which are after 7 but its only $45 more which is not much. The front desk staff is very friendly. Our dogs have unique names so they remember our dogs. I can call and say Locos sick and they can just go and pull up their file. The vet doesn't necessarily remember when he saw the dog two weeks ago but its because you may not see the same vet each time so you have to wait a bit while he looks over the chat to find out what is going on with your dog. But that is the trade off for the convenient hours. The vets have all been very professional.

We mainly go to them because they are open 24 hours a day. It is not the best experience, but it is fine. If there is any emergency we can call and take the dogs in. They treat the dogs well and they are very good with them. One thing that I don’t like is that every time we go in there we get a different doctor. I think it is just the way it is set up. They are very professional.

It went well. I have been going to the same guy for 35 years.

They are recommendable and adequate for every day needs for your pet. They know what they are doing with your pets and their prices are okay too. I guess they are right in line with the market now and days.

Although our cat's eye did improve, we had a very bad experience at this clinic. The staff were inattentive to both us and the cat. Despite having an appt and an abundance of assistants and desk staff (and a virtually empty waiting room), we waited over 1/2 an hour to see a technician, then vet. The vet did not have an assistant hold the cat during the very rough probing her eye;it is amazing she did not get injured since we were not prepared on how to hold her. He did a very cursory physical exam but charged for a yearly exam. We waited about an hour for the meds and bill. Since then, after talking with people in our area we have determined that this clinic has undergone a dramatic decline in service in the past 1 to 1.5 years, since what we gather was a change in management. Long-time clients have told us similar stories of poor service since the clinic management was changed. Our old vet was in a VCA animal hospital so we were very surprised at how poorly this one was run.
