Structural Engineering
Not only was Jeff willing to come out for an admittedly small job, but he was extremely prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. Because the job ended up being simpler than expected, he also ended up charging me less than his over-the-phone quote. I feel very confident with the information that he was able to provide to us, and in addition to a simple "yes/no" about the wall's load-bearing function, he explained in detail how the structure of the house related to the wall, and other issues relating to the walls, roof, and attic that we would potentially need to be aware of. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the job that he did, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.
