UPLAND STEAM CO

It went very well. We first used Upland Steam Company over four years ago, when we bought this house. But it was time to get the carpets cleaned again, so I called them and set up an appointment. Luis showed up right on time and did a great job on the carpets. The equipment Upland Steam uses is far more powerful than those carpet cleaning machines you can rent at the store. I will never clean my own carpets again after seeing how superior the professional equipment is. He was done within about 90 minutes.

Excellent, from start to finish. The company promptly responded to my inquiry, gave me a thorough and accurate estimate, was responsive and flexible when I needed to reschedule, completed the work on time, and charged a fair price. My carpet and tile hadn't been cleaned in 8 years and now they look superb.

They were super efficient and fast. Carpets look great. They even used blocks on corners of walls to protect them from their equipment. I would use them again.

Manny is the Man! he was on time, came to the door, introduced himself and gave me his card. He asked to see the rooms that needed cleaning and walked through the house. We asked him if we pulled the furniture away from the wall so he could clean underneath then we would push the furniture back so he could do the whole room and he said that that wasn't a problem. I liked that he placed wall corner guards wherever the hose might rub against the wall. He was very thorough and it was the best job we've ever had done. We would specifically ask for Manny again. We had the same company do our carpet last year, for the same price, and they were good...but Manny was Great! First time I felt compelled to tip the technician.

Arrived when he was scheduled, did the carpets first then the tile. it was a hot day so things dried fast. was an excellent job. Manny was very good.

They are top notch, professional, reasonable, and thoughtful.

These guys mean business, my carpet looks like new and I thought I was going to have to replace it. They aren't cheap and they aren't fast (they take the time to do it right) and it was worth every dime.

Manny arrived on time as always. It took him two hours to complete the project. One of the bedrooms was especially soiled and when he got done it looked almost brand new. He exceeded our expectations in the degree of cleanliness he achieved in this one room. He did a great job on the entire job but especially in the one bedroom. He left our house looking better than before he arrived. He was very professional and courteous.

I will definitely use Upland Steam again. Everything went great from the appointment set up with Diane to the service technician Manny. Manny showed up on time, was very professional, courteous, and did excellent work. The carpets look fantastic. I highly recommend Upland Steam for your carpets.

Manny and Luis were professional from the start. They were even early to,the appointment. The results were nothing less than first class. I am 100% satisfied and I am hard to please. I will definitely look to Upland Steam for future work.

I have used this service a few times previously and, as usual, Luis and Steve arrived promptly, if not early, to our 9am Saturday appointment. We reviewed the work to be performed and they got started. I was happy to have both guys with 2 vehicles there as it would have taken hours for one person to do the entire job. They did a thorough job and were careful to protect areas where the hoses would rub against painted surfaces or furniture. Very professional. I was advised a couple areas of concern may be still visible but I knew going into the cleaning that the problems may be permanent. Now that everything is dry and vacuumed I see that the whole house looks and smells so much better. A special thanks to Diane for her professionalism and understanding of our needs. She and the guys are truly an asset to their Company. I would recommend Upland Steam Co. to anyone needing their home interiors cleaned.

When I called and explained my doubts whether they would be able to get the stains off the berber runner up the stairs ( my dog had urinated on the landings multiple times and it looked awful), they scheduled Steve to come over and look before agreeing or quoting a price. Steve came, looked it over and said they could do it, so I scheduled them to come and do that and the other rug and furniture. Steve and an assistant came so they could do the job quickly and get things drying. I have to say I was stunned at the stair runner results - it looks brand new - no signs of stains or odor. My jaw was dropping as I looked it over! The other rug and furniture also cleaned up well. The couch took a longer to dry than I had expected but after waiting overnight it was dry and looked good. I can't say enough good things about this company. Totally professional, pleasant people, excellent value and wonderful results.

They are exceedingly careful of furniture and very polite.

They were very quick and professional. They cleaned the entire house and cleaned a six foot sofa. The sofa was dirtier than I thought and it cleaned up great. They got some bad stains out and the carpet cleaned up great. The carpet dried quickly. They were in and out quickly but did a GREAT JOB!!

Manny did the job by himself. He worked non stop for 3 hours. He was very professional, kind and humble. This was by far our best carpet cleaning experience and Manny was terrific.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. I gave her an estimate of how much of the house was carpet and she gave me a price, which was exactly what I paid. She even told me to make sure I downloaded the Ten Dollar discount coupon from Angie's List. There was ABSOLUTELY no attempt at upselling, i.e. extra for pre treating or protectorate spray. Manny was the technician and he actually got here a half an hour early. He looked around and asked about any special areas, then put down corner protectors in the house and outside by the plants. I've used three other companies and none of them ever did that. One large pet spot has never come out, but Manny got it out. The other two areas were wear spots that were from traffic. This is also the first time I could actually see the steam coming up as he cleaned the carpet. This is the best job anyone has ever done and his machine must have some super suction because it is also the driest I've ever seen. I am definitely an Upland Steam Co fan now. I will always use them. I asked him how often we should have it done. He said that since it was just my wife and I and two small dogs, once a year would be fine. If there were a bunch of kids or big dogs, every six months. He was very honest and straight forward. Two thumbs up for both Manny and the Upland Steam Co.

I scheduled having my carpets cleaned before the holidays. Then I had second thoughts as there would be 6 small children in the house. I postponed the cleaning until January and Upland Steam was very accomodating regarding the change. Last time I had my carpets cleaned, by a different provider, I was not pleased wtih the results. So - I didn't get the carpets cleaned again for years and they were really soiled. I didn't expect Upland Steam to be able to get many of the stains out - but they did! They worked h****** some of the most heavily soiled areas and the result is that the carpets look really nice and clean again. I should have had them cleaned years ago! Manny and Loius arrived on time, worked hard, were pleasant, and did a great job. The carpets did take quite a while to dry but we were lucky, the weather was good and, with fans and the doors open, they dried by the following day. We will definitely go with Upland Steam when we need this service again.

The guy that came out was very professional and thorough. He wanted to make sure that he is not damaging anything and kept me posted the on any updates.

Did a great job, very professional, was a little late due to traffic, but gave us a bottle of Home Pro Spotter because he was late.

Manny arrived on time and began work immediately. He was very professional and represented Upland Steam very very well. It took him the expected amount of time that I had planned for to finish the work and when the job was completed, everything was cleaned up outside and the area that Upland Steam set up to work was absolutely left spotless. Upland Steam (Manny) did a great job. We have three cats, and they throw up a lot, especially in the summer. Manny was able to get out 99% of the stains, and the stains did not come back between visits. The first visit in June he cleaned the entire upstairs (four bedrooms, a hallway, and the stairs) for $168. The second visit in September was just two bedrooms, the hallway and the stairs for $135. I would recommend Upland Steam to anybody.

The technician, Manny, arrived on time and we discussed the scope of the work. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets.

They were just excellent and all the stains came out. The price was right and they had little corner protectors.
