Great! They gave me an estimate, which ended up being the final amount. Their price was lower than others for the same product. They explained to me the different options I had and answered my questions well. While my car was with them, they communicated well about when it would be ready and what I needed to do once I had the car back. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and friendliness. They seem like a trustworthy establishment.

I went up north and had a black bear break into my SUV and create complete havoc inside and out. Upland Collision Craft went above and beyond all expectations, my car feels like showroom. They worked with me regarding money, insurance and timetables. Honestly, I was amazed at the professionalism, friendliness, quality and timeliness of the work. They even gave me a ride to my house and let me have the old parts in case I need extra components off them in the future. I coud not possibly be happier with the end results. It is so rare that you get to feel this way about a vendor or service. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. It was a real pleasure, thank you Ralph and company.
