IT WAS VERY PLEASANT. EVEN SIX MONTHS LATER. I FORGOT TO CALL THEM, THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY DAUGHTER'S WINDOW, AND THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT. IT WAS LIKE MONTHS AFTER. IT WAS JUST A LITTLE PROBLEM, BUT IT WAS IRRITATING HER. IT WAS GREAT.
