TV Chris

Do not take your tv to this place to get fixed. I have never been more taken advantage of by a business in my life. Right after Christmas, I took my small 28' tv to be fixed. A part from the audio/video cord got stuck in the hole in the back of my tv. Mind you, the tv itself still worked, there was just a small pin from the cable cord stuck in the audio/video jack in the back. I took it to TV Chris. He seemed helpful at first. There was a $19 diagnostic fee, and he told me that the repair would cost $64 so I agreed to the repair. A few days later my husband picked up the tv. We plugged it in that night and it wouldn't turn on. I took it back immediately the next day. He called me back a few days later telling me it was broken, he would refund my money, and he would recycle my tv. This was the shady, taking advantage part. In the midst of dealing with 3 very sick children at home I said I was disappointed at his service and fine. My husband called him later and said we were not satisfied with that solution and that he owed us a new TV since the TV went to him in a working condition and we received it back completely broken. Something else interesting to note is that he sells TVs in his shop. How do I know that he just didn't take my TV and try to sell it to someone else and make a profit??? We are currently seeking legal action against this business. Terrible, terrible business practices. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!
