Rudy and the team did a great job to manage my property, and I did not need to be worried about anything. The fee charges are reasonable, and they took care of the tenants' needs. After a year of the leasing, the tenants are willing to renew the lease with a little bit rent increase. Unfortunately, I have to sell the property for my personal reasons. Rudy helped me take care of the tenants moving out, stage/repair/upgrade the house (using his handyman), put it on the market, and entered into an escrow in less than a month. Both the rent (for leasing) and the sold price (for the listing) are at the higher end of the market price range. Rudy was able to add value to both the tenants and the landlord, to both the buyer and the seller. He is experienced, and I really appreciate his help.
