Chimney Repair
IT WAS FAIR. THEY DIDN'T ARRIVE ON TIME AND THEY DIDN'T BRING THE RIGHT LADDER THE FIRST TIME SO THEY HAD TO COME BACK. I HAD TO WASTE TWO DAYS WORTH OF WORK, AND THEN THEY WERE LATE WHEN THEY CAME WITH RIGHT LADDER.
