MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE APPRAISAL SPECIALIST WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY WERE BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK AT GETTING ME BACK MY APPRAISAL. THE UNDERWRITER WHO APPROVED THE FILE SAID THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST THOROUGH JOBS SHE HAD SEEN.
