Everything went great.

We had a tankless heater that had been malfunctioning for years and our old plumber could never tell us why. They sent their specialist on tankless heater, Billie. He checked things out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and then explain why the shower valves were contributing to the problem. I was hesitant about the repairs because we have an older shower enclosure which we were not prepared to replace and I was concerned that replacing the two old valves with a new central valve was going to leave holes or look ugly. We decided to go ahead because Billie reassured us that no such things would happen and he was right. They made an appointment for the following week to do the work. They showed up exactly as promised and did the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up when they finished. It has been so wonderful to get into the shower, which looks great by the way, and be able to linger under the HOT water as long as we like. We could not be happier with the job they did and we will definitely continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.
