Excellent, prompt, professional & friendly. Cleaned up after and everything was smooth. Price was fair for the service and quick response.

I hired Steve’s Five Star service to replace my Water Heater back in October of 2018. The work was done on time and the staff is very professional. I had a minor issue with a few weeks after the installation with a leak. After some investigation, the leak was due to a defective flex line which the contractor received from a 3rd party supplier. Unfortunately, the leak has caused some water damage in my home, however this company stood behind their work 100% and took exceptional care of me. I was not too surprised because this company already had a good reputation, which is why I selected them. Instead of waiting on the 3rd party supplier to take action, Steve’s Five Star Service, Brandon and Jose, worked with me throughout the process getting my issue resolved quickly, by constantly keeping me in the loop on the next steps and delivering on every promise they made. This is a standup company that understands how to do business and I'd recommend them over any other company with similar services. Issues can and will happen but it's all about how the situation is handled along with integrity of the company. In my case, I had very positive experience with Steve's Five Star Service and highly recommend their services.

They detected a leak, they repaired it and refilled my system with freon. I am completely satisfied with the work as well as the office staff.

Oscar was prompt and very courteous. He did a thorough job in servicing our unit and during his servicing found the motor was leaking oil. He answered all my questions in helping with my decision whether to replace the motor. I have used Steve's for the past 15 years for all my heating and air conditioning and I have always been extremely pleased with their service.

It was a good price, good customer service, and they were on time. They were very fair and honest. Everything passed when it was inspected by the city.

I use them at least once a year. It was great. They were very friendly. They're very honest about what needs to be done and they are not pushy.

They would bleed the freon from the unit so they could come back the following week to charge me to put more puron (the new stuff) in, and I didn't appreciate it. I ended up going with a more honest guy eventually and I couldn't be happier.

A month later it clogged again and he came out and used a big machine to clean out the pipes. I wasn't sure why he didn't do it the first place. He wanted more money to do something to use the washing machine.

3 guy's showed up, removed old system, 1st day 2nd day completed job, they covered all floors with drop cloths, worked very hard even though it was extremely hot in the attic. 3 day showed up and tweak a couple things.

I called another company and the Service Tech replaced the flame sensor and repaired my furnace for under $200.

I would give Steve's Plumbing a 10+ rating it that option was available!
My toilets were clogged up and the tub drained very slowly. 
They responded quickly and were here within one hour. The plumber that came out told us that the system was clogged with alot of toilet paper (our granddaughter had been here visiting for the month of July so we knew where the excessive toilet paper came from. As we've learned toilet paper and makeup seem to go hand in hand). 
The plumber had the equipment to clean up the sewage removed in the snaking process. He was professional in demeanor and appearance and he didn't have an odor of the materials he works in.
He even came into the house and snaked out the bathtub drain as it was very slow draining. The drain hasn't been professionally snaked since we bought this house 8 years ago. We used liquid plumber numerous times and snaked it ourselves with our small plumbing snake , but obviously all of that wasn't enough. He said the drain had gunk built up from over the years and alot of  hair. 
Needless to say I'm very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness and their job knowledge. They were in and out of my home in under 1hr. All the drains in the house are working and the toilets flush as the should! Woo Hoo!!

Very good.  Did a heating and air tune up on our unit the day before and asked Daniel the technician abount rerouting the A/C drain to the other side of the house.  Said he could do it the next day.  Came to the house on time and completed the job within a couple of hours.  Would definately use again and have already referred them to a close friend.

Overall it was a good experience.

Technician showed up on time and cleaned around the unit.  Then he started the unit and checked the workings and the coolant pressure.  He then hosed down the outside filters and checked the air flow inside.  The house began cooling down and he cleaned up outside.  Very professional.

I realize that there were a lot of people having A/C problems during the heat wave but I thought that the tech stressed that he squeezed us in was somewhat unprofessional. When the tech walked in the door it was a minimum of $265.00. Replacing the cap and washing the compressor should been less than $265 and I feel we were charged an after hours heat wave premium.

Quick and easy.

Called Steve's as they were on the list.  They came out the next day, even with high volume of calls as it was in the middle of a extreme heat wave here.  Daniel was very courteous and knowledgeable.  Got the job diagnosed and did the repair quickly.  I diffently will call them in the future for A/C and plumbing problems.

He was able to fix the problem within 24 hours. The service was fantastic.

Very professional and received the same day service.

My husband dealt with them and really like them. They were very honest, timely and did not try to upsell us into something we did not need. I am satisfied with the outcome of their service. Their pricing was average.
