ProCraft Structural Pest Control is a licensed provider of all your structural pest control needs. We are a small company, but with that there are many benefits; uncomplicated and convenient scheduling of service and free inspections, direct contact without any answering service- only your technician, a variety of service cycles based on your pest tolerance levels from having service every month or on a quarterly basis and perhaps just when you require a single service. We have a variety of materials at our disposal including certified organic and botanical materials. We also integrate the latest Integrated Pest Management (I.P.M.) techniques to minimize the amount of material applied and to also increase the efficiency of the service. ProCraft offers expert pest control service, complimentary Inspections and Estimates from Rancho Cucamonga to South Pasadena and everything in between (along that latitude). I highly reccomend them!!!! I will call them again without hesitation.
He assessed our situation and recommended we get both subterranean treatment as well as tent fumigation. He walked us through the entire tenting process and demonstrated how to bag up our foods, etc. He was kind enough to arrange for the gas to shut off and subsequently turned on following the fumigation, something the home owner normally has to do. Michael sent several employees to perform the subterranean treatment and they did a very good job. The tent fumigation appeared to be performed by a third-party company but they likewise did a good job.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the services provided by ProCraft!
Mike was our contact for the project. He spent a good deal of time with us explaining the whole job, and went into great detail laying out how we could and should prepare and what to expect. The information he provided us allowed us to well protect all of our belongings, our plants, and our animals. His insights into working with the gas company (a necessary part of the process) were particularly helpful. Armed with this information, we felt confident and comfortable through what otherwise could have been a very unpleasant process.
