When the entertainment center was built, Roland returned twice to be sure the template was the right size and the proportions were appropriate for the area. Some adjustments were made and I had more CD storage room than originally planned. Also, I needed to pick out a stain for the wood. When Roland and Jason installed the unit, they cut out the baseboard and installed the new unit so that it looked completely built-in and was flush with the existing baseboard. The unit is beautiful and I've received many compliments on it. Roland exercised the same attention to detail when he installed doors on the backside of a kitchen cabinet. He took pains to match the color and style of the new doors with the existing oak cabinets. The doors look as if they have always been there. The workmanship is so superior and attention to detail is evident in their work.

I would recommend Storage Concepts to anyone. He does excellent work. We had no problems, everything turned out beautiful. It was a seamless experience. We compared his prices with others, and he came in lower than they would be. It was a great quality of cabinets. We had a problem with one of the doors, and he came out and fixed it.

Excellent experience. The company helped us to design the cabinets, offering helpful and insightful suggestions for door/drawer placement, shelving, etc. They also provided samples to help us select the type of wood and stain. After finalizing our choices, they were able to build the cabinet quickly, and arranged for an installation date (they had to wait a few days as we hadn't yet completed preparation of the site). On the arranged installation date, they arrived on time and were able to complete the installation within an hour or two.
